Please carefully read the following terms of use before accessing or using ArtivionLearn (hereinafter referred to as "the System"). By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the System.

1.1. The System may collect user data and usage statistics for evaluation and improvement purposes. This data may include, but is not limited to, user interactions with course content, assessment results, and engagement metrics.
1.2. We assure you that any data collected will be used solely for internal evaluation and enhancement of the learning experience. Your personal data will not be shared with any external parties beyond the training department.
2. Content Restrictions:
2.1. You agree that none of the content within the System may be copied, downloaded, shared, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form without prior written consent from the authorized personnel of the training department.
3. Account Usage:
3.1. Your access to the System is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2. You agree not to share your account details with any other individual. Account sharing or multiple individuals accessing the System under a single account is strictly prohibited.
4. Deactivation of Accounts:
4.1. Any violation of these terms of use, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing or reproduction of content, may result in the deactivation of your account without prior notice.
5. Disclaimer:
5.1. The System and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
5.2. We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the System or its content.
6. Modification of Terms:
6.1. These terms of use may be updated or modified from time to time. Your continued use of the System after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
